Charter Boat Fishing
Our 27-foot Sportscrafts and experienced guides are set up with all the equipment you will need to take you on a great fishing adventure. Big Traverse is known for BIG walleyes and lots of them and the best way to access this is one of our high-tech, heavy-duty fiberglass boats. They are equipped with electronics, downriggers as well as hook and line setups.
Our guides track the fish daily and know where they can be found. Each boat holds up to 6 people and a guide. We will pack a lunch for you or fry up part of your catch on a shore lunch or back at the resort in the evening.
Famous Wigwam Shore Lunch
If you have yet to have a shore lunch on Lake of the Woods, you're in for a real treat. The Wigwam Resort specially prepares your catch in our famous, lightly breaded mix (which no one but Tom and Nina have the recipe for), our famous shore lunch potatoes (served exclusively at the Wigwam Resort only), beans and bread. Our shore lunch is only prepared for groups of 6 or more, so bring your friends.

Package Plans include delicious meals from our menu - in our freshly remodeled casual dining atmosphere. They start with dinner the day of arrival and end with breakfast the morning of departure. A 15% gratuity will be added on groups of 10 or more. Otherwise Gratuities are NOT Included.
All packages include lodging in a cabin or lodge room (per nights stayed), charter fishing including guide, bait, poles and fish cleaning (per days stayed).

There will be absolutely NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS given when the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less from date of arrival of your party. Deposit amounts are determined at the time of the initial reservation. If you have a reservation during our busy Summer Season and you NO CALL/NO SHOW your entire package price will be charged the CC we have on file.
