Fishing Report: 9-23
The days are gorgeous and the nights are frosty and we love it!
The fish have moved in to 28-30″ of water outside of the Gap. Fishing anchored up and jigging seems to be the best bet. pink and white jigs, along with chartreuse jigs tipped with a frozen shiner seems to be very productive. There are a few fish showing up in the river.
Don’t forget about the birds! There are tons of ducks in the bay, and people have been grouse hunting like crazy up here!
Don’t forget about our Fantastic Fall Fishing Special for October!! $450 will get you a full day of guided fishing!! (4-6 people per boat.) Give us a call today to book your fishing trip!
Photo is of Darren Tesser, who caught this 27 7/8″ walleye, while fishing with Wigwam guide Kevin Olmstead.
