Welcome to the Wigwam Resort...your destination for year round outdoor enthusiasts...Paradise without the Passport.  Lake of the Woods is an extraordinary body of water with over 65,000 miles of shoreline and over 14,000 islands. The Wigwam Resort is located 12 miles north of Baudette, MN (Walleye Capitol of the World) and is in arguably the best position to access both Lake of the Woods and Rainy River of all the resorts.

When you aren't fishing there is still plenty to do in our amazing northern Minnesota playground we call home.  In the summer there is hiking, canoeing, or one of the local events that happen regularly in the community.  Fall brings spectacular hunting for geese, bear and deer.  In the winter you can go for miles on one of the many snowmobile trails through Beltrami State Forest, or you can simply sit back and watch the world go by.  Whatever it is, chances are you can do it while staying with us at the Wigwam Resort on Lake of the Woods...THE BEST FRESHWATER FISHERY IN THE WORLD!!!!

We cater to groups of up to 100.  We will customize a package for you that fits your individual needs with a meeting facility, hunting, fishing, or what ever you need.
