Fishing Report May 20th

Greetings Fishermen!

We needed a bit of moisture, and as usual Mother Nature is exaggerating! We’ve had three straight days of rain and except a couple more!

A little rain has never hurt a true fisherman though! We still have plenty of folks out fishing this great lake of ours. Many people have found they they didn’t even have to leave the River or Four Mile Bay to catch the fish! Folks were catching the big girls in 12-15 feet of water with a frozen shiner tipped jig. Catching smaller males in shallower water, if you’re looking for dinner! Some folks having some luck pulling cranks out in front of Pine Island.

We still have plenty of space if you are looking for your Memorial Day getaway! We have local favorites Four Wheel Drive playing this weekend, and are excited to have them back! We will have some great food and drink specials as well!
