Fishing Report: 8-5
Greetings fishermen!
Rain, cold, a little wind….it doesn’t stop the awesome fishing!
Fishing has been hot on Traverse, Crow Duck, and the NW edge of Little Oak. Fish are starting to show up in the Zippel Bay area, in 24-38 feet of water, pulling spinners. There are a lot of big fish in the main basin, in 32-34′, jiggin, pulling spinners, or down rigging.
It is already August, but there is still time to make your way to the Wigwam and have a great fishing adventure! Remember, lodging is only $28.50 per person, per night, and kids (12 & under) stay FREE!
