Fishing Report: 10-28
Greetings Fishermen!
The temperature this morning is certainly bringing visions of augers cutting through the ice! Get ready folks, because here it comes!
Fishing has been slowly improving in the river. Find a spot anywhere from Four Mile Bay to the Airport and they are finding the fish. Further east towards Frontier saw a few fish being caught this weekend. In front of the Gap in 17-25 feet is still producing a lot of fish. Anchor up with a jig tipped with a frozen shiner is about all you need. Any color seems to be catching right now, with white being the hot choice.
We are going to be pulling our launch boats for the season this weekend. While we are sad to end our launch season, we are happy to be getting ready for the soon coming ice season! Fish houses, heaters, and bombers all need to be readied and prepped to go! We are looking forward to it!
We are still booking like crazy for this ice season! If you are planning on heading this way for some ice fishing, give us a call! We are booking up fast for the weekends! Remember, though, mid-week (Sunday-Thursday) trips come with 10% off of our regular prices!
